Tina and Marcel are continuing to negotiate with Welsh Gymnastics Ltd about the future of the Club from October this year.  Representatives of Welsh Gymnastics have visited the Club to discuss this in detail and will re-visit the Club later this month.  We have advertised the position of senior coach with Welsh Gymnastics and we are being as pro-active as possible to ensure that the Club continues from October onwards.  We will keep everyone updated as much as possible during the Summer.

The Club will be entering the Welsh Novice Agility Championships on Sunday 27th May 2012 at Sophia Gardens Cardiff.  The Club has entered the following gymnasts:

A message to all our members.  The Olympic torch will proceed through Newport on Friday 25th May 2012.  This could mean disruption and grid-lock of traffic during the late afternoon that will make it difficult to get to the gym for the normal lessons.  Therefore the lesson for all groups on that day will be cancelled.   This will also allow gymnasts and families to attend this momentus occasion and see the torch being carried through the city.
